Recuring Instability (E): For 8 seconds, target foe suffers from -3 Health degeneration. If that foe is Hexed again, Recurring Insecurity is reapplied.

If the renewal of Enduring Toxin renews Recuring Instability, those turtles and Juggernauts will have a -8 degen their entire trip, as they don't really stop for anything.
